License to Use

MetroFrame Media grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered photographs solely for the purpose of marketing the property located at [FullAddress].

Permitted Use

The licensed images may be used only during the active listing period for property marketing, including:

• MLS listings

• Brokerage or agent websites

• Social media marketing

• Property-specific marketing materials

Restrictions

The images may not be:

• Reused for future or different listings

• Shared with third parties (including other agents, builders, or vendors)

• Used after the listing is no longer active

Any additional use requires prior written permission from MetroFrame Media.

Expiration of License

The license automatically expires when the listing is no longer active. Continued use beyond that point is prohibited without written approval.
